  • We kindly request 2 weeks notice upon service termination. This allows us to fill our schedule in commitment to our team.

    In the event that an individual cancellation is necessary - we require 48 hours notice.

    ALL ARRIVAL TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE; clients are responsible for ensuring our team has access to their property in the event we are behind schedule.

    All cancellations outside the 48 hour window will result in a late cancellation fee for 50% of the anticipated service invoice.

    Should our team arrive for a scheduled service to find they are unable to attain entry, we will wait 20 minutes for an alternative provided by client, or a late cancellation fee of 50% will be issued.

  • We charge an hourly rate for service.

    The hourly rate is determined by the number of cleaning techs sent to each individual service, plus the time required for completion.

    The estimate provided upon initial booking is based upon the detailed information provided by each client on each individual quote form.

    Please ensure to be as honest and detailed as possible upon quote form submission - this allows us to establish the most accurate estimate possible, in our best efforts to avoid requiring a larger budget upon arrival for service.

    In the event our team arrives to an Initial/One-Off service to find we have underestimated the required time for sufficient completion of service within the original estimate - our management team will get in touch to establish our clients preference to either extend the budget, or provide as much as possible within the original estimate.

    For recurring services, we provide an estimate upon initial quote form submission. Recurring cost for service will be firmly established upon completion of our Initial visit.

    In the event that a recurring service is skipped, additional costs will be incurred based off the time required to catch up at our teams next visit.

    If unhappy with our service, our team will return within a 48 hour window to rectify.

    We are unable to make exceptions to this policy, which includes honouring discounts, or extending the satisfation guarantee window.

    Once we receive a signed estimate, we will get in touch with our soonest available slot, unless otherwise specified.
